Accessibility from the A 61 motorway - Exit 24 "Carcassonne Est" follow the direction "La Cité".
Arrival in front of the City, Porte Narbonnaise (drawbridge), the Hotel is at the top on the left - follow Parking "Cité Park". The entrance to the hotel is on the right, just before the parking entrance gate.

By train
Carcassonne train station is located north of Bastide Saint-Louis, only a 15-minute walk separates Pont-Levis Hotel and Porte Narbonnaise. Only a few minutes by shuttle or taxi separate the hotel from the Medieval City (taxi and bus station a few meters from the hotel).
